At Ability in Disability (AiD), we believe that every individual has potential — only opportunities differ.
We are dedicated to helping the differently-abled discover and develop their abilities so they can lead independent, productive, and dignified lives.
Since our inception in 2002, AiD has been a platform where people with physical, visual, speech, hearing, or intellectual challenges can receive vocational training, skill development, and employment opportunities.
Through hands-on experience, mentoring, and corporate collaborations, our trainees have proven that disability is not inability.
Our workers perform high-precision mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, achieving zero percent error rates — a reflection of their discipline, patience, and determination.
Today, AiD stands as a model of inclusive employment, quality service, and empowerment through work.
Life trapped Ramanna in a wheelchair but it could not restrain him there. As the President of AiD, his determination and enthusiasm are a motivation for people with disabilities. For the last two years, he has been working on gear-ring assembly jobs for B0SCH, assembling 6,000 pieces a day. “My family and friends respect me because I have a job and I am independent,” Ramanna confides.Dr. Raju was addressed COIVID-19 Challenges by providing Comprehensive Health Assistance to These Vulnerable Populations.
“To build an inclusive society where every person with disability has equal opportunity to learn, work, and live with dignity, confidence, and independence.”
“To empower Persons with Disabilities through skill-based training, employment opportunities, and continuous support — enabling them to become confident, productive, and self-reliant members of society.”
